Life Time Movement Class Reaction
During this spring semester I am taking my well being class, the class I was able to acquire was a class titled Life Time Movement. In this last we are assigned task everyday to do an exercise, with a heart monitor on to track our heart rate. This class is my first online class I've taken in college and so far its going good. In this class we had to create a goal regarding our health and were do we want to be after the class which was nice, this allowed me to focus more on what my body needs and also give me more motivation to work out. The class is very detailed in instructions and has a-lot of great suggestions listed to help you manage your goal.
This class talks about how important it is to be strong mentally and physically no matter the task put in front of you. I like the monitor because its very detailed in tracking heart rates and also giving suggestions in the app that is connected with it. Personally I think this is one of the best well being classes North Central has to offer, so if any student is reading my blog and is in need of a well being class you should take this one!
I still need to take a well being class so this is timely and helpful. It helps to know how active the class will be versus just more instruction.
