The Cabinet of Dr.Caligari Review & Reaction.

 After watching The Cabinet of Dr.Caligari I will say it wasn't any-type of film I'm used to watching or have became accustom to. The how to watch a movie article helped me get a better understanding on watching the film even through at time it would be very confusing to the point I had to watch different scenes of it over again. I would say the hardest part I struggled with when watching this film was step two out of the three steps given. Step two talked about series of still images captured in a sequence, this happed a-lot throughput the film as it was many colors and images throughout the film. What made this special was how it was no words just music, different scenes that had taken place with different colors. 

Once watching different scenes over I got a sense of what the movie was about. The story behind this movie was very good, I also believe that it was a good film considering the time it came out. Just the plot of how someone could predict deaths also the murders and on the run for people happens it was very entertaining. This film was basically about a man who slept for 23 years and then came back to life and was able to predict death. Once people realized he was telling to truth he then tried to take a female and run away but was unsuccessful. The story telling and plot made sense s it told how a person could predict deaths but the plot was he caused deaths as well. I do believe that if this movie was remade with the new technology it would be better in my opinion than the original. Overall very different movie then I was used to, but have entertaining scenes and great plot and story attached to it.
